Counselling is a talking therapy which provides a safe space to discuss your feelings, beliefs and behaviour. You will be met with compassion and without judgement, building a trusting therapeutic relationship in which you can explore whatever is troubling you. Your counsellor will not advise or direct you but will offer commitment and openness to help you find your own solutions and facilitate your personal growth and healing.

Counselling takes place in regular, planned sessions on a one-to-one basis and can help with a range of issues, including anger, depression, bereavement and loss, anxiety, relationships, trauma and abuse, life events, self-esteem, and personal development.
